Sun. 12th to Sun. 19th: 8 Days – 7 Nights to Tasmania by Ship and Coach- 1 night in Devonport, 3 nights in Launceston, 2 nights in Hobart, 1 night on Spirit of Tasmania. Cost: Members $1700.00, Non-Members $1800.00, this includes ship, coach travel, motel accomodation breakfasts and dinners. (This has been postponed to March 2023).
Sat.18th: Celebrating Valentine’s Day at Clayton RSL – 171 Carinish Road, Clayton. From 7.30 P.M to 11.30 P.M. Live music by Alex Matthews Band. A bottle of red wine and white wine will be on each table. Cost: Members $20.00, Non-Members $25.00. (Dinner Is available to purchase at the bistro. At adult and senior pricing. Sun. 19th: Sunday Social – Whist, Lunch and Bingo at Oakleigh Hall, 144 Drummond Street, Oakleigh. From 12.00 noon to 6.00 P.M. Whist at 12.00 noon a two course Indian lunch at 1.00 P.M with unlimited tea and coffee and a glass of wine. Followed by 10 games of bingo and live music. BOOKING IS ESSENTIAL: Cost: Members $20.00, Non-Members $25.00.
Sat. 7th: Day trip – Picnic to Philip Island, visiting San Remo – Chocolate Factory and the Nobbies etc Cost: Members; $25.00, Non-Members $30.00. All children $25.00. B.Y.O lunch.
Sun. 8th: The Association will be having an Offering Mass for the people who passed away in 2022 at Sacred Heart Hall, 19 Johnston Street, Oakleigh at 1.00 P.M. Followed by lunch, bingo and social. All are welcome to attend the Mass. The mass will be offered by Fr Maria Raju. Cost: $10.00 for Members and Non-Members. Booking is essential.
Sun. 15th: Gala Lunch and Dance – 4-hour Cruise down the Yarra River on the Yarra Empress from 1.00 P.M to 5.00 P.M. Live music by Rocking Solo Entertainer ‘Brendon Scott’. Cost Members: $60.00, Non-Members $70.00. The cost includes buffet lunch, sweets, red and white cask wine. Departure from Southgate Berth – Southgate Promenade. Boarding the cruise at 12.45P.M. A coach will be available for members who wish to take the coach. First pick 11.00 A.M at St Kevin’s Hampton Park, 11.30 A.M St Joseph’s Corner, Noble Park, 11.45 A.M Woolworths, Clarinda and 12.00 P.M Oakeigh RSL. For the coach it will be $15.00 extra per-person.
